The Summer Institute is designed to provide:
- The opportunity to step away from the hectic day-to-day work to reflect on writing center philosophies and priorities
- A review of key aspects of writing center work
- The chance to engage in discussions with other professionals from EWCA and across the globe
- Lasting professional relationships and collaborations among universities
Who can apply:
- Anyone working in writing centers, learning centers, academic support centers
- Any professional who wants to set up a new writing center
- Writing center administrators who are new to directing or experienced professionals who look for new direction for their writing center
- Professional staff of a writing center who are searching for a professional development opportunity
